I’m Irene McCready, MSW, RSW, a counsellor who believes in the power of connection, growth, and healing. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and as a Registered Social Worker (RSW), I bring both my professional experience and a deep, intuitive understanding of what it means to be human into my practice. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges and discover your path to personal transformation. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and client-centered therapy, creating a compassionate and empowering environment where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe that true wellness involves more than just the mind—it’s about nurturing the body and spirit, too. In my practice, I like to incorporate elements of nature, creativity, and mindfulness to help guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilled life. Whether you’re facing tough times, looking for clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey. My goal is to help you discover the strength, resilience, and inner peace that’s already within you.
