I have been providing therapy for over ten years, and I am a holistic (Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness) therapist. I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, Designated Capacity Assessor, Canadian Certified Clinical Supervisor, Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (U.S. DOT), and a Registered Social Worker.

I help you overcome or manage complex life issues and personal challenges. Working collaboratively with me, you will explore the patterns, beliefs, and traumas that block or inhibit your life. To tailor an approach that best addresses your concerns, I’ll draw from the most appropriate psychotherapy techniques; client-centered cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and lifestyle changes. In safe, one-on-one sessions, I enable you to understand how your mind, body, emotions, and spirit impact your mental health, personal fulfillment, and relationships. I offer an inclusive approach to therapy that considers your physical and cultural influences and mental and spiritual health. The goal is to promote your personal development, growth, and overall well-being.

In 2017, DECSA recognized me for assisting over 254 people in Edmonton with mental disabilities to overcome their barriers and achieve their life goals under a Government of Canada project. Several nonprofit organizations in Alberta have recognized me for helping their staff, clients, and members through my mental health programs. I have also been invited as a speaker on various mental health topics by multiple organizations, TV & Radio. I have won the ThreeBestRated® Top marriage Therapist in Edmonton award from 2020- to 2023.
